NH SOLARIUM CASE STUDY NH Sunrooms met with the clients, a couple whose last child was going off to college. Now that they had the house to themselves, they were looking to add a Sunroom off their kitchen. This would be a place they could read the newspaper, enjoy the morning coffee, and spend most of their time throughout their day. She enjoyed knitting and was looking forward to working in the natural light. They both loved the idea of sitting in the new glass room watching the snow fall.

The Sunroom Design: We discussed the many available options and they decided to have NH Sunrooms build a System 230 cathedral solarium, approximately 16’ by 15’ with about 250 square feet of openness. The addition of a sunroom with a glass roof gives them more pleasure than they had anticipated, and feels much larger than they expected! Their whole home seems brighter and more open than before. The new sunroom addition is now where they spend most of their waking hours relaxing, reading, enjoying their hobbies and simply watching the light change throughout all the seasons in New England.

MA SOLARIUM CASE STUDY The client was looking to add a solarium off of her family room. The young family wanted a room where they could relax and enjoy the view of their cozy backyard year round and watch their children in the pool area during the summer.They envisioned a light filled room filled with comfortable furniture and plants.

The Sunroom Design: NH Sunrooms & Solariums listened to the needs of the client and built a cost effective, straight eave Solarium with an attached composite deck. The addition has 9‘high ceilings and is almost 200 square feet of delightful space. This maintenance free addition gives them a multi-use addition that allows easy access to the back yard and pool area. This growing family now enjoys the great outdoors all year long!

MA CONVERVATORY CASE STUDY These owners wanted to increase the kitchen eating area and add more natural light to the major living space of their home. They realized that most of their waking hours was spent in this area of the home and wanted to maximize their enjoyment year round.

The Sunroom Design: NH Sunrooms designed a Victorian conservatory addition that more than doubled the existing space with 12 foot high glass ceilings. The final project allowed the customer to add a huge table for family and friends and drastically brightened up the entire kitchen and family room space.
